A coworking space with charm and sophistication. The owner wanted an early start on marketing her project in Dachau. At the time that these visuals were created, the workspace was still under construction.
A SketchUp planning file that detailed the interior design was the basis for our approach. We prepared and revised the supplied 3D models to create photorealistic renderings and a VR visualization.
We wanted to depict the interior design as precisely as possible. The goal was to give the viewer the feeling that the coworking space was already finished. Therefore, we had to find suitable 3D models or create them ourselves.
Our work made it possible to considerably shorten the time-to-market of the client’s project. It was possible to start advertising the space even before it had been completed. An efficient workflow also allowed us to create a VR visualization that lingers in the user’s memory and makes it possible to experience the space in a special way.
